The file plugin-ignore.zip was originally available at
http://security.kolla.de/files/tools/plugin-ignore.zip

But no more.

The function of the file is simple - it lets the Opera browser aware of
a list of spyware ( as described in
www.wilderssecurity.com/archive/index.php/t-5594.html ) so that it
won't get infected.

I am looking for the above mentioned file, and/or its upgrade version,
and/or something equivalent.

Please help !!

Thanks !

Install a HOSTS file as it will protect all browsers.
http://www.mvps.org/winhelp2002/hosts.htm
http://www.hosts-file.net

Download HostsMan as it is a good HOSTS file manager:

Hi spamharvestor - Also, the Immunize function of SpyBot can be configured
to block "bad" Opera plugins.
