not being all about on Joe jobs flaming et cetra please excuse my comment,
one thing how does the spammer/hijacker send it from your email address

Bob,

He doesn't send it from my email address. This is Usenet, not email. He
merely puts my email address in the from field of his post and uses a Usenet
server that doesn't care. It's like putting a false return address on an
envelope and dropping it in a mailbox. The idea is to have those who don't
know better think it was posted by me, or whomever else he is angry at.
