I have a low level utility program which I have used for about six years but
now both Avast and Trend Micro say that the file is infected with a Trojan.
I suspect that this is a false positive since it scanned clean for so many
years. I have carried out a test install on a fresh build from the original
media but still get the same result.

I would like someone to properly analyse the file and confirm for certain
that it is either infected or clean .

Thanks.

I once had what I thought was a false positive on AVG. Their forum
supplied me with a link that would run any uploaded file through about 8
virus checker programs. But I don't have the link, just remember I
was having a complaint with AVG. They were the only virus program that
found a virus in the file.
