I already have an earlier 5.x version, but the dang thing expired more
than a month earlier than the key was dated for. This has happened every
time with Kaspersky. One time it died more than two months earlier than
it should have. I intend to use the trial version for a month and then
pay for a new one. I hate to have to keep giving this outfit money that
should not be due yet. This early expiration has happened every time
with Kaspersky AV. If I didn't think their product the best, I would get
steamed and drop them. As for asking their support for help, I have
always found that to be not worth it. They either send some standard
reply - which has nothing to do with my problem, plus it takes weeks to
get an answer. One time it took 6 weeks before I heard from them with an
answer.
