1. Malware comes in all kinds of shapes. For now it seems that most
products aim towards

A. Virus in general
B. Adware and spyware
C. Trojans
D. Specialized scanners

E. Antivirus shields /guards (checking files in use etc...)
F. Firewalls

Is this classes wise?

2. Does heuristics work? Does all antivirus scanners realy manage this?
