I'm currently cleaning out friend's PC (52 trojans so far and counting) and
have got it more or less cleaned out.

I was having a lot of trouble getting rin of WinadX but I think I'm clear
now.

What's confusing me now is that whenever I boot up I get the "Found new
hardware" wizard, the hardware in question being AVG updater. Anyone else
had this?

Another problem that may or may not be virus related is that I'm currently
connecting wirelessly but I have to remake the connection manually every
time I re-boot. The Belkin software for managing the connection doesn't
seem to work properly and even though I tell it every time to let windows
manage the connection, (which is how I make the connection) it defaults to
the Blekin software at the next reboot.

Any suggestions?

Tim
