If you were Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options

The one thing missing since I uninstalled Norton Internet Security and
installed AVG Free is incoming email scanning. It's set to scan
incoming emails and will scan those coming in to Outlook. But I don't
use Outlook for email, I use a program called Forte Agent which
provide very good email as well as Newsgroup Reader.
I cannot seem to get AVG to scan emails coming into Agent.
