If you were Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options The 600 is the subversion - the version number is
4.72 - which is the same for Win and Win98SE
the minor version number is 3812 in mine - and 3612 in yours.
The minor version may be dependent on IE version number - I'm not sure
