If you were Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options Is your firewall blocking the update server? The only system I have seen the
problem on is on dial-up which I kinda expect since it is not connected. I
have helped install several times and they all removed 7 fine and installed.
It sounds like you may have something blocking it...
